Booking & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing The Journey 3rdi, LLC. The following Booking & Cancellation Policy has been established to ensure a smooth, respectful, and professional experience for all clients.

Booking Appointments

Appointments for psychic readings, mediumship readings, mentoring, classes, workshops, and other services may be scheduled through our website, email, phone, or other approved booking methods.

Appointments are considered confirmed once payment or deposit requirements have been satisfied and a confirmation has been provided.

For psychic and mediumship readings: The Journey 3rdi, LLC will contact you after purchase to set up your appointment via email or phone. In addition, a confirmation email of the scheduled appointment will be sent to the client.

Please ensure that all contact information submitted during booking is accurate and up to date.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Credit or Debit Card

  • Electronic Payment Services

  • Other approved payment methods

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Arrival and Session Time

Please arrive or be available at your scheduled appointment time.

For virtual sessions, clients are responsible for ensuring they have:

  • A reliable internet connection

  • A quiet environment

  • Access to the required meeting platform

If a client arrives late, the session may be shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Appointments canceled with more than 48 hours' notice may be:

  • Rescheduled for a future date, or

  • Converted into a credit toward future services, subject to business policies.

Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to forfeiture of the session fee. Exceptions may be considered in cases of emergencies at the sole discretion of The Journey 3rdi, LLC.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. No-show appointments are non-refundable and may not be eligible for rescheduling.

Refund Policy

Due to the time, preparation, and energetic commitment involved in providing services:

  • Completed sessions are non-refundable.

  • Missed appointments are non-refundable.

  • Workshops, events, classes, digital products, recordings, and downloadable materials are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of The Journey 3rdi, LLC.

Workshops, Classes, and Events

Registration fees for workshops, seminars, development circles, classes, retreats, and special events may be subject to separate cancellation policies.

Specific event policies will be provided at the time of registration.

If an event is canceled by The Journey 3rdi, LLC, participants may receive:

  • A refund,

  • A future credit, or

  • Transfer to a rescheduled event.

Client Responsibility

By scheduling a service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.

  • You are voluntarily participating in spiritual and intuitive services.

  • You understand that psychic and mediumship services are provided for spiritual guidance, personal growth, and entertainment purposes.

  • You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and interpretations following any session.

Practitioner's Right to Refuse Service

The Journey 3rdi, LLC reserves the right to decline, discontinue, or reschedule services if:

  • A client behaves in a disrespectful, abusive, threatening, or inappropriate manner.

  • A client appears under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

  • Circumstances arise that prevent the practitioner from providing services ethically or safely.

Any such decisions will be made at the practitioner's sole discretion.

Policy Updates

This Booking & Cancellation Policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted on this website and become effective immediately upon posting.
